Free Community Education Series · Women 16+

Your pelvic health,
understood.

The questions so many women are never given space to ask answered clearly, kindly, and without judgment, by Revital Health physiotherapists.

Why this matters

Common, valid, and
talked about far too little.

Pelvic floor health touches nearly every stage of a woman’s life yet so many carry questions quietly for years, unsure if what they feel is “normal” or who to ask. This series replaces uncertainty with understanding.

1 in 3

women experience urinary incontinence at some point*

Up to 50%

4

average years women wait before seeking help*

"I thought it was just part of having kids."
"I never felt comfortable bringing this up with anyone."
You are not alone, and you are not overreacting. and learning about it is a normal, healthy step.

Questions & answers

Everything you might be wondering

Is this event really free?

Yes. This is a free community education event led by registered physiotherapists. Refreshments are included, but registration is required as spaces are limited.

No. You’re welcome to simply listen and learn. Sharing personal experiences or asking questions is completely optional, and all discussions are treated with respect and confidentiality.

No. This is an educational session, not a medical assessment or treatment appointment. The goal is to help you better understand pelvic health and know when to seek professional care.

Absolutely. The sessions are designed for women at every stage of life, whether you’re experiencing symptoms, want to prevent future issues, or are simply curious to learn more about your pelvic health.

The sessions focus on general education rather than individual medical advice. If you’d like a personal assessment, our team can help you book a one-on-one appointment at a Revital Health clinic.

The presentation will be delivered in English. If you need language support or have accessibility requirements, please let us know when you register and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Revital Health has multilingual staff across its clinics.
