Why this matters
Common, valid, and
talked about far too little.
Pelvic floor health touches nearly every stage of a woman’s life yet so many carry questions quietly for years, unsure if what they feel is “normal” or who to ask. This series replaces uncertainty with understanding.
1 in 3
women experience urinary incontinence at some point*
Up to 50%
affected by pelvic floor changes after childbirth*
4
average years women wait before seeking help*
"I never felt comfortable bringing this up with anyone."
The questions women ask
Tap a question. We'll
cover it in plain
language.

Why bladder leakage happens and the strategies often discussed.
Why does this hurt?
What the pelvic floor is, what can contribute to discomfort, and how physio fits in.
What changes after birth?
How the body recovers postpartum and what “safe movement” generally means.
What is prolapse, really?

Have a private question?

Questions & answers
Everything you might be wondering
Is this event really free?
Yes. This is a free community education event led by registered physiotherapists. Refreshments are included, but registration is required as spaces are limited.
Will I have to share personal health details?
No. You’re welcome to simply listen and learn. Sharing personal experiences or asking questions is completely optional, and all discussions are treated with respect and confidentiality.
Is this an assessment or appointment?
No. This is an educational session, not a medical assessment or treatment appointment. The goal is to help you better understand pelvic health and know when to seek professional care.
I don't have symptoms , should I still come?
Absolutely. The sessions are designed for women at every stage of life, whether you’re experiencing symptoms, want to prevent future issues, or are simply curious to learn more about your pelvic health.
Can I get individual advice at the event?
The sessions focus on general education rather than individual medical advice. If you’d like a personal assessment, our team can help you book a one-on-one appointment at a Revital Health clinic.
What languages are materials available in?
The presentation will be delivered in English. If you need language support or have accessibility requirements, please let us know when you register and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Revital Health has multilingual staff across its clinics.
