To achieve your therapeutic goals, we recommend staying with your assessing physiotherapist throughout your program (unless advised otherwise) and booking appointments at least two weeks in advance. Your therapist will guide you on the frequency and duration of treatments to ensure you complete your program and achieve optimal results.

For your appointment, please wear comfortable clothing and bring any relevant insurance details (e.g., insurance card). Our staff is happy to assist with billing inquiries.

Note: Missed or late cancellations affect others who may need care. Please respect your reserved appointment time.
